2023 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM (SECTION 8)
WAITING LIST OPENING
Please read the following information carefully.
The Clearwater Housing Authority (CHA) will be accepting ONLINE applications from families with low to extremely low income for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE SELECTED FOR PLACEMENT ON THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LIST BY RANDOM LOTTERY.
Online applications will be available from 8:00 AM Monday, July 24, 2023, to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at: www.clearwaterhousingauth.org.

- Click on the Applicant Portal button at the top of the homepage.
- You must register to create an account to complete the online application.
CHA will notify only the applicants chosen by random lottery via U.S. Mail within ninety (90) days of July 26, 2023. Incomplete applications, duplicate applications or applications not selected by random lottery will receive no further notification.
